Our joint venture with ShropDoc Limited is the operational engine behind Kinetic Deliver. ShropDoc has been delivering out-of-hours, urgent and community-based NHS care across Shropshire and the West Midlands since 2001. The infrastructure, clinical governance, workforce networks and patient relationships built over that time are the foundation on which our neighbourhood services are mobilised.
What Kinetic adds: a commercial and growth platform, a national workforce capability, and the operating discipline to scale neighbourhood delivery beyond a single geography. Together, the partnership covers the full lifecycle of a modern NHS service. Design, mobilise, staff, deliver, improve.
The workforce question of the decade.
The NHS 10 Year Health Plan moves care out of hospitals and into neighbourhoods of around 50,000 people. Multidisciplinary teams of GPs, community nurses, AHPs, pharmacists, paramedics and social care, wrapped around the cohorts who need them most: frailty, care homes, housebound patients, end of life. That is the workforce question of the decade. Kinetic Health Partners is built to answer it. We recruit substantively into neighbourhood teams across the country. We operate them through the ShropDoc joint venture where we hold the contract. Same operating model, different sides of the table.
