Our commitment
Kinetic Health Partners Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. As a healthcare workforce and delivery partner to the NHS, we recognise our particular responsibility to ensure that the clinical workforce we recruit and engage is treated lawfully, fairly and with dignity.
Our business

Our policies and approach
- We carry out right-to-work and identity checks on the workforce we engage.
- We work with reputable partners and expect the same standards of them.
- We pay the workforce we engage fairly and lawfully.
- We provide routes for concerns to be raised.
- We keep our approach under review.
Due diligence
We assess and monitor risk in our recruitment and supply-chain activity, and take action where we identify concerns.
